UNO-R Accounting Office has new procedures for online payment

The UNO-R Accounting Office will adopt a new procedure in online payment effective March 31, 2021. All students from K-1 to 12 and tertiary levels must use Google Forms to submit their proof of online payment and all accounting-related inquiries. The UNO-R Accounting Messenger Account shall no longer be used.

To access the system, one must follow the following procedures:

  1. Sign in to your Gmail account. If you have no account yet, you are advised to create one. This is a requirement when uploading and submitting a photo of our proof of payment.
  2. Open these links:

  3. Fill-out the forms completely and correctly, then click SUBMIT to end the transaction. You will receive a confirmation message if the entry was successful.
  4. Check your email for responses.
  5. You will receive an SMS to confirm the validation of your payment within three working days upon receipt of your entry. Your payment will be posted in your UIS account on the next working day after the validation.
