Mental Health is more than just the absence of mental illnesses. It is oneโs capacity and ability to appreciate and care for the self, and effectively deal with lifeโs stresses and blessing. Lino Sumbillo Jr. andย Fritz Palma, both SDPC tertiary level counselors, gave a two days Mental Health Seminar to the graduating students of Bago City College last Dec. 6 & 7, 2019.
