Mental Health is more than just the absence of mental illnesses. It is one’s capacity and ability to appreciate and care for the self, and effectively deal with life’s stresses and blessing. Lino Sumbillo Jr. and Fritz Palma, both SDPC tertiary level counselors, gave a two days Mental Health Seminar to the graduating students of Bago City College last Dec. 6 & 7, 2019.
