The Commission on Higher Education has tasked trainors from UNO-R to conduct the training of tertiary teachers for the General Education courses (Readings in Philippine History and Understanding the Self) from May 8 -26, 2017. An opening program was held May 8 at the President’s Hall. The participants were welcomed by University External Affairs Director Dr. Carlos Eduardo Legaspi, Jr. in behalf of the Fr. President, Fr. Eduardo Celiz, Jr., OAR. The rationale of the training was delivered by Mrs. Ma. Judy B. Legaspi, MAEd, CHED –UNO-R GE Training Coordinator. The participants were introduced by their respective trainers, Dr. Annabee Magbanua-Claur and Mr. Celo Magallanes. House rules were read by Mrs. Legasapi. A tour around the university was led by Dr. Legaspi. The emcee was Mrs. Ana liza Montaňo.
