A grade 11 student bested the 14 participants to the 6th on-the-spot painting contest. Frenz Palomares of the Senior High School won the best poster and was followed by Paul Michael Genovate of the College of Education and Ismael Jallorina, Jr. of the College of Engineering won 2nd place and 3rd place, respectively. The competition was judged by Mr. Bert Berondo; Mr. Larry Guillema and Mr. Christian Claur. The 6th On-the-spot poster making contest was sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences led by Dean Annabee Magbanua and the English and Humanities Department headed by Mrs. Annaliza Montano. Other faculty members present during the event were Mr. Fernando Flores; Dr. Chona Mascuňana; Mr. Joel Tambuson, Ms. Febe Quingco and Mrs. Shiela Menchavez.
