The College of Arts and Sciences, through the Department of Agriculture and in partnership with the Department of Agriculture –NIR and the Provincial Veterinary Office, held a Rabies Symposium in celebration of the 10th World Rabies day, September 27 at the Fr. Cuenca Hall. The program started at 2 pm with Dean Annabee Magbanua giving the welcome address to the speakers and participants. The speakers were: Dr. Maria Agueda Trinidad de la Torre, Dr. Ryan Janoya, Dr. John and Michael Cabuguason. Dr. de la Torre discussed the program of the city on rabies prevention and control while Dr. Janoya discussed the program of the province and the region’s vision and program was given by Dr. Cabuguason. Dr. Corazon Acaba, MBA -H gave the closing remarks.
