The newly ordained priests were: Rev. Fr. Vince Nigel Pineda Camarines of the St. Mary Magdalene Parish Hinigaran, Rev. Fr. Reland Centino Gallego of the San Diego Parish Silay , Rev. Fr. Mark Anthony Montoya Ison of the Immaculate Conception Parish Conception, Talisay , and Rev. Fr. Arnel. Kaquilala Pabalate of the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Chaplaincy Eroreco, all the four newly ordained priests graduated their Ecclesiastical Degree in Philosophy at Bacolod Sacred Heart Seminary and completed their Degree on Sacred Theology at St. Joseph regional Seminary in Jaro, Iloilo. The cathedral was filled with the people who have known the new priests and had been with them in their vocation journey from the different parishes and communities. Fr. Gallego delivered their message of gratitude after the ordination. He thanked Bishop Navarra, Bishop Alminaza ,Very Rev. Fr. Midyphil Billones, Regional Seminary Rector, their parents, family and friends who supported them since they started their seminary life, their parishes and assignment parishes who have received them during their formation years and their seminary formator way back. Fr. Pabalate, among the four had already graduated a degree in Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Major in Animal Science, before entering the seminary in 2007. June 7 was the Thanksgiving Mass of Fr. Pabalate, in Eroreco ; June 9 – Fr. Camarines in Hinigaran; June 10 – Fr. Gallego in Silay; June 11 – Fr. Ison from Conception, Talisay. The four were the last batch of deacons Bishop Navarra will ordain in the Diocese of Bacolod. (Adsum no.8 18 June 2016). Three of the four priests are alumni of the university. Fr. Camarines obtained his AB Philosophy degree in 2009 while Fr. Gallego and Fr. Ison finished their AB Philosophy from UNO-R in 2010, the two belong to the last batch of AB Philosophy of UNO-R. (ed.
