The Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP), ABS-CBN, and the University of Negros Occidental – recoletos will hold a Candidate’s Forum dubbed as “Panindugan” on April 15, 2016, 4:30 p.m. at the university Gymnasium. This is a venue for candidates to convey to the people of Bacolod their agenda, platforms and stand on varied political and social issues. A panel chosen by KBP composed of representatives from various sectors will ask relevant and timely questions that affect the welfare of the voters while the entire forum shall be stirred by one moderator.
