Four UNO-Rians of the Hospitality Management Department of the College of Business and Accountancy won in the recent CEFBEX “Barchef 2015” National competition in Cebu City, November 5-7, 2015. In the Open Category having 28 participants from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, Kim Jules Nieles, BSHM 4 was named national champion and will represent the Philippines in the Asian Bartending Championship in Korea on November 2016 while Joshua Benedict G. Barairo, BSHM 4 was ranked 10th. In the tandem category, Gino Albert Sanchez, BSHM 4 and Kert Jopet Tecson, BSHM 3 emerged 1st runner-up. (news from CB&A department).
