A blessing to the Order of Augustinian Recollect (OAR) Province of St. Ezekiel Moreno whose member is celebrating his 50th year in the Holy Priesthood. Rev.Fr. Walthrode Conde, OAR , UNO-R Human Resource Management and Development Director, will be celebrating his golden Jubilee on July 19,2014 in Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte.
The community of UNO-Recoletos celebrates today, July 10, 2014, will hold a Thanksgiving Mass at 4:30 pm at the Oratory of St. Nicholas of Tolentino (UNO-R) on the advent of the 5oth Sacerdotal Anniversary of Fr. Conde. The Eucharistic Celebration will be followed by a short program at the University Lobby.
Rev. Fr. Walthrode B. Conde, OAR received his simple profession as Religious of OAR in Monteagudo, Navarra, Spain on July 9, 1960. Solemn Profession at Marcilla, Navarra, Spain on July 09, 1963 and was ordained to the Sacred Priesthood on July 19, 1964 at Marcilla, Navarra, Spain. His Religious and Pastoral assignments include Manila (1964); Prefect of Discipline, San Jose Seminary, Puerto Princesa, Palawan (1965); Parish Priest, Narra, Palawan (1966); San Sebastian College- Recoleto, Manila (1971 – 1977) in various academic assignments; Father Treasure in UNO-R, Bacolod City (1977-1982); University of San Jose –Recoletos (USJ-R), Cebu in various academic positions; San Sebastian College –Recoletos de Cavite as Prior, Treasurer and later President (1988 – 1994); USJ-Recoletos, Cebu as President (1994 – 2003) and back to UNO-R in 2003 as HRMDO.
