Rev. Fr. Lauro Larlar,OAR is the new Prior Provincial of the OAR Province of St. Ezekiel Moreno. Prior to his election, he was the Rector of the Casiciaco Recoletos Seminary in Baguio City. He was also elected as Prior Provincial in 2003 and in 2006.
