A seminar for the graduating high school students was successfully held last August 6, 2008, 8:00 – 11:00a.m., at the Little Theater. This was attended by 50 high school students from UNO – R and 85 from NOHS.
The Young Hoteliers Executive Society (YHES) organized the said activity with the main purpose of promoting the HM Program to these students.
The topics discussed in the seminar were “Eating Disorders” and “Eating Right” with our very own faculty members as resource speakers, namely Mrs. Ma. Loreto Portus, RND and Mrs. Dara Soriano, RND.
The seminar culminated with a tour of the university facilities such as the Fray Luis De Leon Library, Information Technology Building and the HM Training Center.
