The second day started with a workshop on VOIP for OAR Schools and Communities: Breaking Ground with Fr. Reynaldo Jaranilla, OAR, followed by a talk on Basic Web’ Design for OAR Schools using Adobe Photoshop by Avelino Kalalang, Jr., the press release said.
