Guidance Counsellors from the UNO-R Student Development and Placement Center (SDPC) are spearheading the Information Campaign and marketing of the university since November 2018. The teams headed by Mr. Fritz Palma and Mr. Lino Sumbillo. Mr. Palma said that from the month of November to January about sixty (60) high schools out of two hundred fifty (250) high schools all over Negros Occidental have been reached by the marketing team. Normal University, Ramon Torres Louisiana NHS, and Ramon Torres Sagasa NHS. In addition, there are also scheduled career campaigns for many schools in the province. The College Admission Tests and Basic Education Admission Tests are administered every Saturday morning for the months of January, February and March. It will be given daily on the succeeding months.
