Christmas is the most joyful season of the year! We rejoice for the birth of Jesus, our Savior….God’s greatest gift to mankind! Likewise we are grateful for the countless blessings we received all throughout the year. It’s in the spirit that UCDO facilitated the traditional Christmas gift- giving activity to our security force, janitors, janitresses (IMAGS) and to the vendors outside the vicinity of our school last December 20, 2018, at the university auditorium, 9 am to 12 noon. In all, 97 families received gift packs and appreciated these blessings shared to them. A Christmas message was delivered by Fr. Cristituto A. Palomar, OAR, VP for Religious Affairs, which inspired everyone. Song and dance renditions from the recipients as well as from the UCDO staff and coordinators added color to the activity. Representatives from the recipients gave their responses, thanking the whole UNO-R community for the appreciation given to them through this Christmas gift-giving activity. All these were made possible through the collaboration and support of the administration, faculty and staff and most especially by our students. (news from UCDO)
