The Special Technical and Educational Programs (STEP) held two programs last August 23, 2018. The first was the Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) closing program at the University Little theater at 2:30 pm. STEP Director Nena Samillano, PhD gave the message to the students while demo teaching was performed by Kim Minji. Jeong Juyeon (Kristy) gave the message in behalf of his other classmates. Special number was performed by Cho Mihyun and Lee Youngjun. The UNO-R TESOL program was designed by Dr. Mary Jane Uy and Mrs. Ma. Judy Legaspi, MAEd.
Meanwhile, a Training Induction Program was held at the little theater at 4:30 by the Recoletos Industrial and Technological Training Center. University Registrar Christopher Taclobos gave the welcome remarks while Dr. Dexter Paul Dioso ,DSA gave the orientation for student affairs while Dr. Samillano for the RITTC and Ms. Jenie Notchite, support staff of TESDA Neg. Occ. gave the orientation for the TWSP.
