The university held its 1st Religious and Lay Administrators’ conference (RELAY Conference) last June 11, 2018 at the President’s Hall. The program opened with the Invocation by Rev. Fr. Cris Palomar, OAR, VP-Religious Affairs and Chaplain. Rev. Fr. Ronel Gealon, OAR, Vice President for Administration, gave the Welcome Address while Rev. Fr. Don Besana, OAR, University President, gave the President’s Message and introduced the member of the UNO-R School Board. Recoletos de Bacolod Fr. Prior, Rev. Fr. William Villaflor shared a message from the Fr. Prior General and Fr. Prior Provincial. Mr. Carlos Eduardo Legaspi, Jr.,PhD , Director for External Affairs, introduced the Lay Administrators while Mrs. Carmenda Leonoras, PhD, Associate HRMDO Director, gave the message in behalf of the lay administrators. Engr. Christopher Taclobos, University Registrar, presented the enrolment figures and PQA Director, Mr. Elmer Haro, PhD presented the calendar of activities for academic year 2018-2019. CAS Dean, Annabee Claur, gave the closing message.
