Two groups from Japan visited the university this week. The first group came from Ibaraki Prefecture in Japan. The team is composed of Prof. Hiroshi Shoji, President of Ibaraki Christian University; Mr. Toshikatsu Ymanaka, Dean of the Center for International Understanding, Ibaraki Christian University; Dr. Hideya Teranuma, MD, PhD, Chairperson of the Board of Directors Medical Corporation, IBARAKIKAI Ibaraki Clinic and Vice President of SME Collabo Cooperative; and Mr. Norio Kawamata, CEO of Urban Architect Co., LTD. The group signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the university last February 19, 2018.
The other group was from the Omoto Education Consulting represented by Mr. Koji Omoto. He met with the deans of the colleges of Engineering, Business and Accountancy, and Allied Health Sciences last February 22, 2018.
