Twenty-Seven (27) Capitulars headed by no less than Fray Miguel Miro, OAR, Prior General of the Order, gathered today, February 12, 2018 at the Talavera House of Prayer in Brgy. Quiot, Pardo, Cebu City for the 7th Provincial Chapter of the OAR Province of St. Ezekiel Moreno.
