Adhering to DEPED’s Guidelines on the Basic Education Enrollment for School Year 2021 – 2022 in light of the COVID-19 National Public Health Emergency, UNO-R opens its Online Enrollment System to all Senior High (Grade 11 – Grade 12) Learners.
Enrollment: May 3, 2021
Step 1: Fill-out enrollment form
Fill-out all the required fields in the form.
Step 2: Documentary Requirements
Upload digital copies of the following minimum admission credentials to the Registrar’s Official Facebook Messenger:
- Form 138 or School Form 10 (Report Card)
- Certificate of Good Moral Conduct
- PSA Birth Certificate
- 2×2 colored picture with a name tag
Wait for the confirmation of your application that will be sent through Facebook Messenger in 2 to 3 days. (Registrar’s Office assesses the physical condition of the documents submitted).
Once the application is approved, the Student Personal Number (SPN) will be sent to your Facebook Messenger which you will use for online payment and other future transactions in the university.
Step 3: Payment
Pay the initial fee of:
- ₱2000 for grade levels N-10,
- ₱1500 for grade levels 11-12,
including previous balances, if there are any, through the following banks and payment centers listed below:

Please notify us of your remittances by filling out and uploading your proof of payment in this form.
Wait for confirmation of payment and validation of enrollment within two to three working days.
The system will notify you through SMS once your payment has been confirmed or verified by the accounting office.
