Adhering to CHED’s Guidelines for the Prevention, Control, and Mitigation of the Spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), UNO-R opens its Online Enrollment System to Returning Students.
Pre-Enrollment Phase:
- Request for Verification of Returning Status from the Registrar’s Office
- Request for Verification of Returning Status from DSA Office .
Submit your documents on-site for validation.
Step 1: Fill out the Student Information Sheet for Returnees
Fill out all the required fields in the form.
Step 3: Initial Payment
Pay the initial fee of ₱1500, for all programs, through the following banks and payment centers listed in this post.
Please notify us of your remittances by filling out and uploading your proof of payment in this form.
Wait for confirmation of payment and validation of enrollment within two to three working days.
The system will notify you through SMS once your payment has been confirmed or verified by the accounting office.
