1. Senior High Guidance Office – Admission Exam
   UNO-R Junior High School Completers: Proceed to Step 2.
2. Registrar’s Office – have your name transferred to Grade 11
3. GENYO Lab, Library Building – Encoding of Student’s Information
4. Registrar’s Office – Submission of requirements and printing of Student’s Information
   • Original Grade 10 report card
   • Photocopy of Certificate of Completion
   • Photocopy of NSO birth certificate
   • One 1 x 1 I.D. picture
5. Accounting Office – Payment for Upon Enrolment
6. GENYO Lab, Library Building – Loading of Subjects. Present print-out of Student’s Information from Registrar’s Office. Qualified voucher recipients should bring:
   • Photocopy of Voucher Certificate (DepED ESC, FAPE ESC, QVR)
     Other requirements needed:
     • Admission Test Result -pink form
     • 2 pcs 1 x 1 I.D. Picture
     • Photocopy of NCAE Result
7. GENYO Lab, Library Building – Printing of Enrolment Form (Student’s Copy)

Scholarship’s Office – Submission of the following requirements:

• Photocopy of Grade 10 Report Card
• Certification of being Top 10 in JHS Grade 10 Class
• 1 pc. 2 x 2 Picture
• White Long Folder
