Preliminaries:
- Get your exam result at the Senior High Guidance Office.
- FOR UNO-R JUNIOR HIGH COMPLETERS, proceed to the Registrar’s Office and have your Student’s Profile account be transferred to Grade 11.
STEP 1: Submit the documents for application to the admission officer for evaluation and interview. Secure an ADMISSION SLIP from the admission officer after the evaluation.
STEP 2: Present ADMISSION SLIP to the enrolling officer for the encoding of students information to the University Information System (UIS).
STEP 3: Submit the following requirements to the Registrar, and secure the printout of the Student Information Sheet (SIS).
- Original Grade 10 Report Card
- Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Good Moral Character (except for UNO-R Completers)
- Photocopy of NCAE Result
- 1 pc. 1×1 Recent I.D. Picture
- Photocopy of the Certificate of Completion
- Photocopy of Voucher Certificate (DepEd ESC, FAPE ESC, QVR) for Qualified Voucher Recipient
STEP 4: Present the printed SIS to the Accounting Office for payment of the Upon Enrollment and Mandatory Fee
STEP 5: Pay the PAMILYA RECOLETO (PAMRE) Membership and Activity Fees.
STEP 6: Present receipts of payment from the Accounting Office and Pamilya Recoleto and Printout of the SIS to the validation officer for the loading of subjects. Receive Printout of Student’s Copy of Enrollment Form, List of Books, Uniform Pattern, and other requirements.
STEP 7: Proceed to the Guidance Office for the welcome survey interview.
STEP 8: For Honor Students, submit the following requirements to the Scholarship Office. (Photocopy of grade 10 Report Card, Photocopy of Good Moral Character, Certification of Honors or Rank Received, 1 pc. 2×2 Recent I.D. Picture, and White Long Folder.
